HISTORY
Founded in 1996, Ds Moldes’s main activity is manufacturing steel molds for plastics.
Whilst founded and ran by a family of three, the company relys on the commitment dedicated employees, whose main objective is to develop rigorous and high quality work, in order to satisfy the most demanding customers.

Ds Moldes’s misson is to satisfy its customers, providing quality products and services, always with the purpose of satisfying the client’s needs. Also, to be responsibly entrepreneurial and to promote job creation.

To be a sustainable company and a benchmark in the production of molds for plastics, in order to cultivate recognition for the work developed.

Ds moldes has the capacity to produce moulds of up to 2.5 Tons, with the following dimensions: 800x700x700 mm.
The company works on a daily basis to correspond and attain to the client’s demands and expectations. To make mould development as complete and organized as possible, the tasks carried out by the company are subdivided into several services, these being:
- Budgeting, responding to budget requests, dealing confidentially with any and all data provided by clients;
- Project Design and development using the latest CAD / CAM solutions;
- Machining, resorting to a complete production area;
- Mounting and tuning, ensuring an optimal finish to the product developed;
- Try-outs, DS Moldes company closely follows the mould’s try-out, to ensure the correct functioning of the developed product.
